Recruiting and Retention

The Recruiting and Retention Program consists of two services, Consultation and Training & Staff Development. For more information regarding either of these services, contact Martha Tempesta at 414-351-9896.

Consultation Services

Consultation is available for an entire organization, recruiting staff, or individuals to address current workforce shortages. Recruitment and retention strategies can be developed that are uniquely suited to the employer's circumstances in the current market. Facilitation of the plan's implementation and evaluation can be provided.

Training & Staff Development

What is it?

  • Training is available for an entire organization. Individuals have the opportunity to attend the workshop series. The workshop training addresses current workforce shortages. In a group learning process, participants can expect to appraise their current workforce needs and create an organizational plan for locating the "hidden" pool of workers.
  • Over 100 effective recruitment tactics will be provided for attracting qualified employees.
  • Follow-up will be provided to participants with coaching and support as plans are implemented.
  • More than 100 retention recommendations will be furnished.

Who should attend?

CEOs, Executive Directors, Human Resource personnel, internal recruiters, key decision makers and any other individual within the organization with responsibility for staff recruitment, selection, and development.
